Ritchey Trail Masters Entry Page

Three entry packages for 3-day event:
BRONZE: £175 per rider
SILVER: £225 per rider
GOLD: £250 per rider

One entry package for 1-day event:
DAY RIDER: £75 per rider

There is also a ‘food only’ ticket for service crews for a price of £50 for the duration of the event. The tickets can be purchased at registration on the 23rd or 24th May 2013.

Below you will find two different ways to enter the TrailMasters 2013

1. You can download an entry form below for the TrailMasters. Please fill in the form and send it together with your cheque to our address on the entry form. Once we have received both we will send you confirmation by email or post. Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration and that you fill in all the details. Please also make sure that you give us a contact telephone number (if possible your personal mobile) and a correct and legible email address.

2. You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility. Simply click on the online entry button below and follow the instructions on screen. Please check the declaration below before clicking through to the online entry. You can pay with credit or debit cards. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems, please contact us: info@trailmasters.cc. Please note that there will be a service charge added at the end of the online entry process.

NOTE: Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration. By clicking through to the online entry you accept the declaration and the terms and conditions/rules of the event. Please make sure that you read all the instructions on the ‘online entry’ page before you start the entry process.

Declaration: I hereby apply to participate in the TrailMasters 2013 – 3 or 1 day MTB challenge held between 24th – 26th May 2013 in Central Wales. I accept and agree that neither the Organisers, nor their agent, Officials, the Landowner, Sponsors and fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to me or to my party that may occur during, in connection with, or as a result of taking part in the event(s). I understand to abide by the rules of the promoter. I agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk, that I am of sound mind and body, that I will ride within my capabilities and that the bike I will ride in the event(s) is in good working order and properly maintained. And, that I have read and understood the rules and regulations of the event (available as download from the Rules Page). We will not be held responsible if you ignore these simple guidelines. TrailMasters entry cancellation (3-day and 1-day option): A £30 administrational fee is not refundable but the entry is transferable to another rider up to the day of registration. Further cancellation fees applies: If you cancel during the last two weeks before the 24th May (start of the event) => only 50% of the total entry fee will be refunded.
